The Holmes Chapel Business Hub

Hi & welcome to what we hope will be a brilliant business hub – most suited to business owners and their teams. Not only providing a much-needed base for people feeling isolated at home or enduring less than ideal environments but also building a successful community where business will be regularly passed between members. To reach its maximum potential, consideration will be given to the types of business who join us and also their enthusiasm for being part of something special.

 

BRONZE – Community Member

It costs nothing to join and provides you with an online platform to meet new contacts, collaborate, learn and build your business presence. Attend pay as you go events.

 

SILVER – Set Day Member

£75 per month

Perfect for when you need a professional space to do business from around a planned set day a week in the office. This service provides office facilities often out of reach to home workers.

You will enjoy access to a member calendar of development and events.

You can expect complimentary refreshments and fresh fruit, centre wide WIFI, pay as you go print, complimentary scan and shred facilities. We will be on hand to receive your visitors and help with any other requirements throughout the day. Your membership also entitles you to 25% discount on all bookable private or event space.

This membership offers one pre-set day a week – you specify your chosen day at sign up.

 

GOLD – ad-hoc access as you require

£150 per month

You just need a base to pop in and out of but committing to a set day/days just won’t work for you.

You have everything available to a SILVER member plus you can use us as the physical base and registered office/professional business address for your work, meetings and post including some signage.

Your membership also entitles you to 50% discount on all bookable private or event space.

 

PLATINUM – full time space

£250 per month

7 Middlewich Road will be available as your full time base enjoying everything available to BRONZE, SILVER & GOLD members. This may be just you or a mixture of your team – the total would be the equivalent of 5 people over 5 days e.g. 2 people Monday, 2 people Wednesday and 1 person Friday or everyone on a Monday! No charge for agreed reasonable use of the boardroom. We are happy to tailor this option and build a solution that meets the needs of your business and team.

Additional notes:-

  • 9 am until 5 pm Monday to Friday (outside days/hours by individual agreement)
  • Commitment: 1 month (cancellation notice 1 month)
  • Full rates for the boardroom (seats 6) £50 half day, £90 full day. Evening/weekend events – price on request
  • Registered office only incl. post £50/mth (2 ad-hoc half days included)
