Wendy Heyes
Estate Planner
Wendy is our STEP qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner, with expertise going back to 2007. Previously Wendy was a director of a large manufacturing company for 20+ years and so is able draw on practical experience when helping business owners to plan for the future. Wendy is also accredited by the Institute of Professional Will Writers (IPW) and the Society of Will Writers (SWW).
Wendy still enjoys running and cycling and going for long walks with her husband, Andy, and their dogs as well having great fun with her children and grandchildren.
Matt Heyes
Director
While he is mainly an Independent Financial Adviser for our sister company, Matt is also a director of this company and well-versed and experienced in all areas of the business. You may even bump into him at a signing appointment! Matt is Wendy’s son and her continuity plan to ensure clients continue to be looked after well into the future.
Outside of work Matt is a keen cook and avid traveller, and loves nothing more than spending time with his growing family and dog.
Anna White
Legal Administrator
Anna has been with us since 2021 and heads up our legal administration team, ensuring clients have a smooth journey with us. Anna is a member of STEP and well on with her qualification journey – watch out Wendy! Seriously, it is important to have a “youth” policy and Anna is very much part of that plan, we count ourselves lucky to have her on the team.
When not at the office Anna can normally be found with her horse, and continues to compete at events around the country when she can.
Debbie Peddie
Consultant
One of our highly respected consultants, Debbie has been advising clients since 2014. She brings passion and commitment to her role. She self generates her own clients as well as supports clients we attract from our popular seminars. Everyone is treated with the same level of expertise and care for their individual needs. Debbie is an Associate member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters.
Debbie is a proud wife, mum and grandma and spends her spare time running round after everyone. When she gets chance, she loves to sneak away on a cruise…
Nick Jackson
Consultant
Nick is another experienced member of the team and came to being a consultant after a long career as a bank manager. He has a wealth of knowledge and often supports events, giving advice to attendees. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters.
Nick is a dedicated family man and enjoys spending time with his grand child. He is also a much sought after Santa around the festive season!
